Our standard lead around time is 7-10 business days. In many cases we will complete your order ahead of schedule. If you have a hard deadline, please communicate that to us expeditiously.

What are your payment terms?
50% down with balance due upon completion. PO’s accepted from schools and other organizations.

We accept all major credit cards, checks, ACH or cash.
NET Terms
We require you submit a credit application to establish NET terms. Approval process can take several days.

It is our goal and commitment to provide the best quality custom screen printed and embroidered products available. While it is rare, mistakes can happen and we will happily work with you to correct any issues. We do ask that you inspect your order upon receipt.
What is your return policy?
Customized products are non-returnable however if there is a material flaw or if you order is incorrect, please contact us to discuss replacements or a refund

Can I get a printed sample of my design?
No. Our minimum order is 12 pcs.
What is the maximum imprint area?
15″W x 18″H standard print area
17″W x 22″H Jumbo print area
Can I see a proof of my design prior making payment?
No however you are welcome to use our designer to brainstorm ideas. Professional Proofs are provided upon payment arrangements.
Can you match PMS (Pantone) colors?
Yes. PMS colors can be matched at no additional charge
What if I want to cancel my order?
While cancellation is certainly possible, if payment has been received and partial services provided, you are responsible for any charges incurred up and until canceling.
Do I have to order all the same size?
No, you can mix and match however decoration must be the same and same size on all items.
Are shipping fees additional?
Yes! While there are many “Free Shipping” offers, shipping is never free. We do not include shipping costs in our prices to maintain the lowest price possible.
